Refund & cancellation policy.
Short, and honest.
Cancel any time to stop the next charge. Where a refund is due it goes back to your card. Here is exactly when we refund, when we don't, and how card refunds and disputes work.

The short version
There is a 7-day free trial precisely so that nobody has to buy first and find out afterwards. Once you have paid for a period and used it, we do not refund it.
If we have made a mistake with your money, we fix it in full. That is the whole policy.
Cancelling stops the next charge
You can cancel any time from the Billing screen, or by emailing us. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops future renewals — your card is not charged again.
When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for; after that the account pauses. Cancelling does not, by itself, refund the period you are currently in — see below for when a refund applies.
How a card refund works
You pay by card through our payment partner (Safepay in Pakistan). Where a refund is due, we issue it back to the same card you paid with, through the processor — we cannot send it to a different card or account.
Once we approve a refund it is usually processed within a few working days on our side; how long it then takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank, and is typically a few more working days.
What we refund
- A duplicate charge. If your card was charged twice for the same period, the extra comes back in full.
- The wrong amount. If you were charged for Scale but activated on Growth, or charged for a plan you did not choose, we refund the difference — or the whole amount, if that is what is right.
- A charge we could not activate. If a payment is taken but your plan is not activated (for example we decline your business, or the plan is unavailable), you get everything back.
- An annual plan cancelled in the first 14 days. Tell us within 14 days of the annual charge and we refund it less the months you have used, charged at the normal monthly price.
- Our failure. If NexusTill is unusable for a sustained period because of a fault on our side and we cannot fix it, we refund or credit the affected part of your subscription. We would much rather fix it.
What we do not refund
- Time you have already had. Cancel in the middle of a month and you keep access to the end of it, but the remainder is not refunded.
- A change of mind after the trial. The 7 days exist for exactly that decision, and they cost you nothing.
- Downtime caused by your internet, your device or a power cut. Offline mode is in the product for this.
- Any fee your bank charged you to pay us, or that our bank charges us to pay you back.
How to ask
Email us at support@nexustill.com from the address on your account, within 30 days of the charge, and include: your business name, the amount and date of the charge, and what went wrong.
We reply within 5 working days. Where a refund is due, we approve and issue it within 10 working days of agreeing it, back to the card you paid with.
If you don't recognise a charge
If you see a NexusTill charge you did not expect, email us first — a duplicate charge, a wrong amount, or a renewal you meant to cancel is usually explained or refunded within a few working days, faster than a formal dispute.
You also keep the right to dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer (a chargeback). If you do, we cooperate with the processor and provide the record of your subscription and use of the service. Please note a chargeback on a past period does not cancel your subscription — to stop future renewals, cancel from the Billing screen or tell us.
